Booking conditions

The apartment is only reserved with payment of the agreed advance of 50% of the rent.
 
The outstanding balance of the rent must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental. If the reservation is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental, the rent must be paid in full within 3 days after approval of the reservation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
 
The deposit is a fixed amount of 200 euros / rental period.
This sum is paid together with the final cleaning to the hostess upon arrival at the apartment. You will receive a proof of payment. At the day of departure, the property is checked, if everything is left neatly you will receive the deposit back. In the event of loss of keys or damage that covers the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
 
Animals are not allowed.
 
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
 
The maximum number of people in Island Village is four people, in Parque Royale 2 people.
 
The arrival and departure times are confirmed in writing or by email.
 
On the day of arrival you can enter the apartment from a pre-agreed time.
On the day of departure you must leave the apartment no later than 10.00. If there are no new tenants for that day, you can leave the apartment later in the day.
 
In case of unjustified cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the rental period, the advance will not be refunded due to administrative reasons. This is to prevent bookings from being canceled at the last minute.
 
 
The landlord is not liable for:
• accident, injury, loss, damage, by or to the persons staying in the apartment or any other person.
• damage to third parties.
• loss of personal property.
• noise nuisance caused by work, neighbors, ... around the apartment.
• theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, to the tenant during the stay in and around the rented apartment, the swimming pools, terraces and buildings.
• faulty or disabling of technical equipment in the apartment, temporary breakdown or malfunctions in and around the apartment of water and / or electricity.
• In case of defects of equipment in the apartment, please notify the owner, these will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
